DirectLink©
With this service, you pay ExpertSelect to post your
job offers online, showing your logo and full contact coordinates. Your
offers will be brought to an international audience, focusing
on the 3 following countries: Belgium, The Netherlands and France. For
conditions, please refer to our price list. The
service has two options:
 Either you provide us direct internet links (URL addresses) to your job
offers (in EN/FR/NE)
(Option DirectLink©
A).
Or,
you supply the information you want to put online in a Word, pdf or free
format, and
our system will automatically take care of its formatting
for you (Option DirectLink© B).
If you choose
DirectLink©, you manage directly the relations established with
candidates interested by your offers, independently from us.
In
both options proposed, there is no retranscription work
needed by you.
If you choose Option DirectLink©
A, your job offers will appear in the exact format of existing
html pages you will define by their URL addresses, using the
functionality provided in your client area.
If you choose
Option DirectLink© B, you will in fact create in a few very
simple clicks your own recruitment site, at an extremely attractive cost, by
using functionalities provided in your personal client
area.
Under both options, your offer will appear immediately
online.

If you opt for this combined
formula, you will enjoy advantages provided by
both, DirectLink© and LinkViaUs©:
As with
DirectLink©, your brand identity will be promoted.
 As with LinkViaUs©, ExpertSelect will handle on your
behalf all activities needed
for prequalifying candidates. To
make this possible, your job advertisements just need
to designate
ExpertSelect as the initial point of contact for all responding
candidates.
You pay for the service as follows: a credit system
identical to that of DirectLink©, and in
addition, on a "no cure, no pay" basis, the same remuneration as
for LinkViaUs©, in case a candidate
shortlisted by us is recruited by you.
