For 25 years, Michael BERTRAND held various leadership positions with world class consulting firms, including: Arthur Andersen, A.T. Kearney, Groupe G and the Adcore Group.
During 4 years, he was also Director of Strategy at Fortis.
Michael is now President of ExpertSelect. In this capacity, he continues to provide consulting services to a number of industry leaders and senior executives.

Pierre Rennotte

Pierre RENNOTTE started his career as Marketing Manager with Levi Strauss for 5 years.
He then spent 20 years as Principal and Partner of prestigious consulting firms, including: A.T. Kearney, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Accenture and Deloitte Consulting. During his consulting career, Pierre managed numerous international projects in the fields of logistics and transport.
Now a Vice President of ExpertSelect, he is responsible for the firm's marketing and operations, in addition to leading development in Belgium.

André LHOPITAL has developed for 25 years a career in the engineering and management consulting fields with the Vivendi Universal Group, up to the level of Partner.
Among other achievements, he has conducted in the financial, advanced technologies and public sectors many complex consulting assignments with organization and project management as a focus.
He has set himself as his next professional goal to develop the ExpertSelect concept in France, where he heads the teams operating in the Ile de France region. He also brings an active personal contribution to consulting assignments conducted under the ExpertSelect's name in that region.

Guido Keutgen

Civil Engineering - Technische Universiteit Delft
Guido KEUTGEN has been active as a Civil/environmental engineer and as a consultant in environmental issues and soil depollution, later on as a project manager in the Oil and Gas sector (Exploration and production).
After his Msc in Business, he focused on strategic and operational marketing consultancy, mainly in the service industry and specifically in Banking and Finance.
Since 2003, he is managing director of ExpertSelect Netherlands. In this capacity he is responsible for the introduction and rollout of the ExpertSelect concept in the Dutch market, both operationally and commercially.

Dick Schmidt

Dick Schmidt started his career with a Swedish multinational for a period of 9 years. After various commercial and management functions in the Benelux he has been active with introducing this business on the Australian and Asian markets.
Afterwards he worked for ABN AMRO and as marketing manager with a firm producing and commercializing of portion-packs. In his last position he was general manager with an architect firm.
Since 2005 he is managing partner of ExpertSelect Netherlands. Besides his responsibility for the sales organisation, he focuses on developing and establishing the position of ExpertSelect in the Dutch market.

Onno Buisman
Post Bsc Introduction to Telecommunications. Bachelor degree in Labour Market relations and Personnel management
Onno has been active for more than fifteen years as a freelance Interim Manager/Consultant in the Human Resources field with an emphasis on Recruitment.
Onno worked for several clients as Recruitment Officer and HR-Manager, mainly in the ICT sector. Having also worked for Recruitment Agencies, he is familiar with both sides of the table.
At ExpertSelect, Onno focuses on developing the ICT and consultancy sectors.
