Tasks and responsibilities:
- direct the monthly key performance & control process, analysis and report
- function as contact person (main contact) for operations and operations control, central finance and internal audit.
- ensure that the operational risk control is drawn up in accordance with international accountancy standards
- realise quality improvements and innovations in the operational risk control
- lead the realisation of innovations and improvements in this area, also in connection with implementation and improvement of account ownership and structuring the reporting process.
- responsible for harmonisation with the existing IT infrastructure and systems
- act as internal FA expert and contact person with regard to questions about operational risk control

Profile of candidate
- educated to graduate level in Finance or Business Economics (HEAO)
- one to two years of relevant experience in an international organisation
- knowledge of international laws and tax regulations regarding Financial Reporting, Control of Operational Processes and the role of ICT resources in this connection

The opening is with the international corporations oriented BU. This is one of the largest Europe-based banking business in this segment with around 10,000 clients in over 50 countries. Within this BU, the Finance department ensures reliable, timely and meaningful financial and management information including analyses with respect to BU's activities. Besides, the department supplies Senior and BU Management with decision support and management information and provide stakeholders with the necessary information.
The Financial Expert Operational Risk Control is responsible for the Operations control for on- and offshore activities of the BU. This is a key position in the Finance department. He/she will be involved in different projects related to quality improvements and innovations.
